not all products are returnable and not all suppliers will accept returns. For each product you will have to inquire with globalmall whether the product or item you wish to buy is returnable or not. To claim a refund or exchange for any item you are not satisfied with, contact us though our globalmall help centre , or our available phone lines highlight the problem you have with the product. Also include the product name, invoice number, and date of delivery. This has to be done within the stipulated time of return for a returnable item being delivered to your nominated address. If a return agreement is reached please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached within 5 working days. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. Where lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics and earrings are protected by hygiene seals, you are required to take reasonable care by not removing the hygiene seals. Refunds will not be provided in such circumstances unless the goods are faulty. Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related. Globalmall, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates shall not be liable if the supplier from which you purchased a product fails to return any goods as we are only facilitating the process. Order Cancellation If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been delivered or been made available for collection you can cancel the order yourself in the My Account section of the website or submit a ticket at Globalmall Support Centre. As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. We are unable to accept order cancellations for personalised, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples: 1. Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer's specification; 2. Newspapers, magazines and CDs (music/video); 3. Event tickets; 4. Hampers, food, beverages and perishable goods (including flowers); and 5. E-vouchers.
All goods will be delivered by a carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange a new delivery date. Proof of identification will be required on delivery. We will make every effort to facilitate the delivery of goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Global mall shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales as we are merely facilitating the process. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the moment products are delivered to you. We will notify you of the delivery cost during the checkout period. For international orders, please choose Separate Arrangement so that we can find the best delivery quote for you.. FedEx FedEx (Super Swift (Pvt) Ltd ) is a local Franchise of FedEx Express, an international organisation which currently serves hundreds of cities and markets with its intercontinental and international express services. FedEx fullfils Globalmall's deliveries to most major cities in at reasonable prices. Deliveries are made within 96 hours from Monday to Friday. Depending on address, delivery can be made right to the doorstep or else you collect from the nearest FedEx office. In smaller cities with no FedEx Offices, collection can be made at the local post office. . DHL an international organisation which currently serves hundreds of cities and markets with its intercontinental and international express services. DHL fullfils Globalmall's deliveries to most major cities in at reasonable prices. Deliveries are made within 96 hours from Monday to Friday. Depending on address, delivery can be made right to the doorstep or else you collect from the nearest DHLoffice. In smaller cities with no DHL Offices, collection can be made at the local post office. Free Delivery Free Delivery is a special offer that comes with some products. Free delivery is only available for orders delivered in South Africa or sometimes in selected provinces. If your invoice has other products that do not have free delivery, the free delivery offer may sometimes become unavailable Separate Arrangement Sometimes the system is not able to quote you a delivery fee due to unavailability of third party integrated quote systems. This usually applies to International Deliveries or orders with huge cart weights where the provided shipping methods do not apply. In either case, we need to get a quote from the available shipping companies before you proceed with payment for your order.
